But as the weeks and months go by, many of us find ourselves losing steam, and by the time January comes to a close, our resolutions are nothing more than a distant memory. According to a study by Statistic Brain Research Institute, while 45% of Americans usually make New Year's resolutions, only 8% are successful in achieving them.

But what if there was a way to increase your chances of success? Enter the concept of tiny habits. Tiny habits are small, sustainable habits that, when practiced consistently, can lead to big changes over time. In my quest to achieve lasting change, I've found the potency of small habits, like my daily 15-minute stretching, push-up, and plank routine (which started as a 5-minute habit) that I've been doing for 7 years, helping me build stamina and endurance, demonstrating the impact of small habits. Another effective small habit I've sustained for 10 years is removing sugar from my twice-daily tea, which has significantly improved my health and well-being, proving that starting small is a potent way to make positive changes.
